【摘要】:TheTestobjectistodeterminetheweightrateofflowofparticulatemattercarriedinagasstreamconfinedinaductorstack.Thetestobjectisaccomplishedby(a)measurementofaverageweightconcentrationsofparticulatematterinthegasstream,and(b)determinationoftotalgasflowrate.Datathusobtainedmaybeutilizedforsuchpurposesastheperformanceevaluationofgascleaningapparatussystems,compliancetestinginconjunctionwithemissioncontrolandperformanceregulationspromulgatedbyregulatoryagencies,etc.1.21ConcentrationofParticulateMatterThisCodeprescribesmethodsformeasuringtheaverageweightconcentrationofparticulatemattercarriedinagasstream.Measurementonanyotherbasis(e.g.,particlecount,dustspot,opacity,etc.)isbeyondthescopeofthisCode.1.23ParticleSizeMeasurementThescopeofthisCodedoesnotincludethemeasurementofparticlesizedistribution.TestproceduresforthispurposearecontainedinASMEPerformanceTestCode28.
